We work to promote their well-being,
their full participation in society,
and the exercise of their rights.

Som Futur
is a future support
commitment programme.
It is aimed at families
who trust Som – Fundació
to support the decision-making
of their family member with a disability
when they are no longer able to do so.

The organisation provides information
and guidance to individuals,
families and professionals
from other organisations
about the Spanish and Catalan
decision-making support system,
our support model and the services
we offer to people with disabilities.
