That is why Som – Fundació
has a Cognitive Accessibility
programme.
This programme helps people
better understand information.
When information is clear
and easy to understand,
it is easier to make decisions
and choose how you want to live.

To make this possible,
we have a team
of professionals from the organisation
and a validation team
made up of the people we support.

Our professionals write
or adapt texts into Easy Read.
For example, they write the articles
for the magazine Coses Nostres.
The validation team
then reviews the texts.

This helps us ensure
that the information is clear,
easy to understand
and useful before it is published.
