Support for People at Risk of Social Exclusion

This project is aimed at people and families
in situations of social vulnerability.
This means they are in a vulnerable situation
that may lead to social exclusion.

The programme provides the support they need
to help covertheir basic needs:

• Housing
• Utilities
• Clothing.
• Medicines.
• Other essential items.

The aim of the project is to protect or improve
the health and well-being
of these families and to ensure
that their basic needs  are met.

The project is based
on defending their rights
and on raising awareness
of their situation within society.
