Our 2025 Annual Report is now available. It brings together the work carried out throughout the year, the results achieved and the challenges we continue to address to ensure that people with disabilities can exercise their rights, make decisions about their own lives and access the support they need.

2025 was a year of steady growth, innovation and consolidation of our support model. It was also marked by a leadership transition, with Mario Cuixart joining as the new Managing Director following the retirement of Josep Tresserras, who led the organisation for more than three decades.

Main data

Today, we support 883 people with disabilities across Catalonia, representing a 4% increase compared to the previous year. This growth reflects the trust placed in a person-centred support model that respects each individual’s will, preferences and right to make their own decisions.

Throughout 2025, we also continued to strengthen Som Futur, our future support programme for families seeking peace of mind about the future of their relatives with disabilities. The programme reached 510 active commitments and welcomed 56 new commitments during the year.

Supporting people means carrying out thousands of practical actions every year. Our teams completed more than 40,000 follow-ups and interventions related to legal capacity support, including more than 8,000 health-related support actions, over 5,000 legal procedures and nearly 3,000 banking-related transactions.

Support on decision-making

Alongside decision-making support, we continue to develop programmes that create opportunities and improve quality of life. This year, 343 people received support to develop or maintain independent living arrangements, 66 volunteers took part in our one-to-one volunteering programme, and 17 people we support became volunteers themselves through our inclusive volunteering initiative, #JoTbPuc.

Innovation and collaboration also played an important role throughout the year. We strengthened the international reach of our model by participating in European projects and sharing knowledge with organisations from other countries. We hosted an international study visit within the EASPD Lighthouse project, focused on inclusive technology and independent living, reaffirming our commitment to innovation that serves people.

We also remained actively involved in advocacy and public policy initiatives. Among other actions, we contributed to discussions on the reform of the Catalan Civil Code regarding support measures for the exercise of legal capacity, promoting a framework that strengthens the rights and decision-making power of people with disabilities.

Our impact in numbers

The Annual Report also highlights the social impact of our work. According to our Integrated Social Value calculation, every public euro received generates €5.78 in value for society. This demonstrates that our impact extends far beyond economic results, contributing to wellbeing, inclusion, autonomy and the protection of rights.

Looking ahead, we will continue adapting to new challenges and evolving needs. We will do so through a close, flexible and collaborative approach that helps ensure all people can develop their life projects with the same opportunities as everyone else.
